Week 1: Basics & Everyday Greetings

Day 1: Introduction to Hindi Language & Sounds

  • Hindi alphabet (vowels & consonants)
  • Pronunciation practice
  • Common Hindi sounds vs. English sounds

Day 2: Greetings & Basic Conversations

  • Saying hello, goodbye, and introducing yourself
  • Formal vs. informal speech
  • Common phrases: “Namaste,” “Aap kaise hain?”

Day 3: Numbers, Days, & Time Expressions

  • Counting 1-100
  • Telling time in Hindi
  • Days of the week and months of the year

Day 4: Asking and Giving Personal Information

  • Asking someone’s name, age, and nationality
  • Saying where you are from
  • Talking about family members

Day 5: Politeness & Social Etiquette

  • Saying “please,” “thank you,” and “sorry”
  • How to agree and disagree politely
  • Using “Ji” for respect

Day 6: Common Questions & Small Talk

  • Asking “What is this?” (Yeh kya hai?)
  • Talking about hobbies and interests
  • Simple weather discussions
